Returns for Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the right fit is important. Size exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Acezeto cannot make changes to shipping details once an order has been processed.

Discounted Items

All discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
